The third and final trimester has begun.  We will begin with a unit in Strength Training.  This unit is designed to provide more of the theoretical information about strength training, than practical weight lifting that is so common.  By learning the theory, students will be able to design their own personal program that they can adapt to their needs and environment.
Attached are the handout study guides used for this unit.  There will be an in-class packet used for muscle identification (like a text), but they are a classroom set only.The final test on this unit will ask the position and the function of each of the 14 major muscles or muscle groups.
