PARENT PORTAL LOG-IN
Dear ISD 622 Parent: Thank you for your interest in the ISD 622 Parent Portal! We hope that you will be pleased with instant access to school related information regarding your child(ren) who attend ISD 622 schools. Implementation for the Parent Portal began during the 2005-06 school year, starting with Skyview Middle School, followed by Tartan High School and Maplewood Middle School.

To obtain a Parent Portal account:
- Review Parent Portal Newsletter (Click here to view newsletter).
- Review Parent Portal Acceptable Use and Safety Policy 906 (Click here to view policy).
- Review minimum hardware and software requirements (see above).
- Complete the online Parent Portal Activation request by clicking here. When completed, print activation request.
- Print completed Activation Form, sign, date and mail to:

You will receive an email with detailed information regarding your user account within approximately two weeks. Note: Our email response to you could be delayed or blocked if you are using a spam-blocking product.
To access the Parent Portal:
Once you have obtained your username and password for the Parent Portal you can gain access by following the below procedures:
Click here to log-on to Parent Portal.
Should you change your password, the Campus program enforces strong passwords, meaning that you must adhere to the following requirements:

Strong passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and case sensitive

Must contain letters AND numbers or special characters
!@#$%^&*\ Should not be your username

Select a password you will not forget and your children and others will not be able to guess.

Confirm the new password.
Note: Should you have six consecutive failed attempts in a row to log into the Parent Portal, your account will be disabled. In order to enable your account, you will need to send an email to parentportal@isd622.org.

Select the child’s name whose information you wish to view.

To view information regarding the student you selected, click on the options listed at the left of the page. Your options may include: Schedule, Attendance, Behavior, Health, and Reports.

When you have finished viewing information about your child(ren), be sure to click on the Log Out link to exit the page. Never leave this page open because others may see your confidential information. In addition, please use caution when printing sensitive information regarding your child.

You can return to the Parent Portal at any time by logging on at the address found in step #1 and navigating to the Parent Portal link, or you can bookmark the site in your Favorites list.

Additionally, parents have the option to update their own email address via the Parent Portal. Click on “Change Contact Info” and you will see the email address that the District has on file for you. Simply enter the new email address and click “Save”.

Additional user accounts are available upon request.

Finally, be sure to follow the Acceptable Use Policy requirements. Responsible use of the Parent Portal will help uprovide you with the best information possible. If you need assistance, please send an email to

Problems or questions about your child's data should be addressed in the following order:

Discuss the issue with the student.

Discuss the issue with the teacher personally or via email.

Discuss the issue with the Administrator in your child’s building.
